Living areas include a full kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area, 2 full baths. There are two living room areas, and a game area that includes a pool table, topped with a ping pong topper and a dart board.

Outdoor Area:

Top Deck - walk out from the main floor, includes a gas grill, outdoor dining table, seating area, awnings, chairs, patio heater and views of the lake.

Middle Deck - walk out from the lower level, has hammocks and easy access to amenities.

Lower Deck - midway down to the lake and contains seating and a gas fire pit.

Private Dock - the deep water of the dock allows for docking of your own motorized boat (there is a boat ramp in the community for use, or you can rent locally) and contains a swim ladder, launch a kayak or paddle board, use the swim mat, or swim and fish.

This is a waterfront property with direct lake access.

No lifeguard is on duty.

Swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and use of swim mats involve inherent risks.

Alcohol or substance use significantly increases the risks associated with water activities.

Any recreational equipment is used entirely at guest’s own risk.

Owner assumes no responsibility for watercraft or recreational equipment brought to or rented by guests.

Guests are responsible for supervision of minors at all times.

Guests must complete a Waterfront Safety and Liability Agreement within 24 hours of booking (or prior to check-in if the booking is made less than 24 hours before arrival).
